Welcome to wherever you are….

A few days back, i read a post which brought out a couple of things that are always whirling about in my mind and so find a way some of my posts too.. one a smaller picture of the way we treat other humans, and the other a slightly larger one, of who decides what role i got in life – human, indian, keralite, middle class, all body parts functional, career in marketing etc..
A bit of thought also made me realise that there could be many ways of looking at it. One could be remaining blissfully unaware and not even contemplating about the existence ofHis plan. Another could be recognising it but not too bothered by it. A third, which i see around me and sometimes within me, is the recognition with a step further.
He made me to be here, now, the way i am. somehow, somewhere i have earned the right and i belong this way. His plan also has taken care of the pain and suffering i see around me and these are not the things i should be concerned with, its a part of the bigger canvas. The last, is where i hope to be at some point of time – a recognition of the plan but with the compassion to help out where i can…
until next time, does He have a Plan B?

  1. i feel more like a tiny-winy pawn in a bigger match…though who r the players at either sides, whats the stake…alls unknown. i just do my job.

    so,until next time, keep moving.

  2. Keep thinking ’bout this plan B all the time.. 🙂 and have come to this conclusion – He doesn’t believe in plan Bs.. 😉 it’s one plan for one life-time. So, until next time, let’s look forward to the next life.

  4. Lovely thought … and I agree completely. Reminds me of a few lines from one of my favourite poems of all time. “Desiderata” by Max Ehrmann

‘You are a child of the universe,
    no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
    Be cheerful.
    Strive to be happy.’
