Inntense Restobar
Inntense Restobar sounded like a combination of the year we’ve had and what we’d like. Unfortunately, the experience was intensively dissatisfying thanks to the delays and below average food.

A dine out after more than seven and a half months. Thankfully, the ambience, food and beer at Geist gave us an excellent experience. Open spaces, a peepal and a banyan, a full moon, and fantastic craft beer on a Halloween night – only in 2020 can this picture make sense!
The name is quite a mouthful, but if one had to do a comparison of the microbreweries in the area, this is a decent place to be at. The ambiance is pleasant, the beer is quite good, and in addition to the standard fare, they have done some interesting experiments with the menu.
Against all instincts, we made the trip to Sarjapur Road in the hope that we’d find some good craft beer. We ended up not using the “2+2 on drinks” Zomato Gold offer. That should provide enough insight into the quality of beer, the food was equally down there! We’d have been better off at our own casa!
Kappa Chakka Kandhari is a gourmand’s paradise. Not only does it score on the number and kind of dishes it offers, it delivers a taste that is unlike any other Kerala cuisine experience you might have had. The only problem – you might have to make more than a couple of visits to enjoy everything that’s on offer.
