If you’re interested in Hindu mythology, this is a little project I’m doing on the sly, for various reasons. My intentions are pretty noble, I’d say – most of the sources I refer to, for Hindu mythology don’t exist online. I have this huge fear that after this generation, no one would be interested in the characters, places and stories that have made 2 epic works of literature (and philosophy) and even if they were, they wouldn’t have many resources online to refer to. The idea here is to add to the resources that already exist online, on this subject, so that these stories would live on. I’ve started this only in May 2010, and at the current rate, will look to complete this latest by 2015. I’m categorising this alphabetically for now, and when I finish typing it all in, I’ll get on to categorising in other ways, and linking.<\/p>\n
The epic scale might make some of you go LoL. Works the same for me too – a Labour of Love \ud83d\ude09 Dedicated to my grandmother, the first and best storyteller I have known, and one who instilled in me a love for mythology that even time hasn’t been able to dim.<\/p>\n
