But they gave birth to 3 parts of a child which were united to form a single being. Thus Chandrashekhara was also known as Trayambaka. He married Taravati, the daughter of the Suryavanshi king Kukulstha. Due to a curse from the sage Kapola, Taravati had a vetala son Bhringi and a Bhairava son Mahakala.
