Kaarandhama
A holy place near the southern ocean. Agastyatheertha, Saubhadratheertha, Paulomatheertha, Kaarandhamatheertha, Bharadwajatheertha are known as the Panchatheertha in the south. Arjuna visited all of them during his pilgrimage. During that time, sages never visited these places since five devastris – Varga, Saurabheyi, Samichi, Bulbuda, Lata used to live here as crocodiles after being cursed by a sage. Kayashodhanatheertha
A holy place in Kurukshetra. Bathing here completely purifies the body as per Mahabharata Vanaparva Chapter 86.
Kayavya
A chandala who was born to a kshatriya man and a chandala woman. He became the head of the chandalas and he encouraged his tribe to worship brahmins and love their country as per Mahabharata Shantiparva Chapter 135.
